edu3The National Erasmus+ Information Day was held in Sarajevo at the premises of Rectorate of the University of Sarajevo, organized by the National Erasmus+ Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Information Day was organised in cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the University of Sarajevo and was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina, public and private higher education institutions, students and other relevant organizations in the field of higher education in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Erasmus+ is the EU programme for education, training, youth and sport. Erasmus+ started on 1 January 2014 and replaces funding programmes run by the European Commission in the area of education, training, youth and sport, including the Lifelong Learning Programme (Erasmus, Comenius, Leonardo, Grundtvig and Transversal), Youth in Action and other international programmes including Jean Monnet and Erasmus Mundus.

In collaboration with the Erasmus+ National Office in BiH and BH expert team for higher education reforming (HEREs), the University of Banja Luka organized a workshop on the subject “Link between higher education and labor market” on Wednesday, 28 October 2015. Professor Jose-Gines Mora, UCL Institute of Education, University College London led the workshop. The workshop’s aim was to share European experience and knowledge to academic and business community members, government officials and other relevant stakeholders.

peopleIn collaboration with the Erasmus+ National Office in BiH and BH expert team for higher education reforming (HERE), the University of Sarajevo organized a workshop on the subject “Development of the Qualifications Framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Qualifications Framework and Learning Outcomes” on Wednesday, 16 September 2015. Prof. Dr. Volker Gehmlich, a German expert for drafting Qualifications Framework led the workshop. The workshop’s aim was to share European experience and knowledge to academic community members and government officials who are in charge of establishing the BH qualifications framework.
