ACTIONS
Erasmus+ provides grants for a wide range of actions and activities
The programme gives opportunities to students, trainees, staff and volunteers to spend a period abroad to increase their skills and employability.
Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals
Key Action 1 supports mobility in the education, training and youth sectors and aims to bring long lasting benefits to the participants and the participating organisations involved.
Key Action 2: Cooperation Among Organisations and Institutions
The actions under Key Action 2 make it possible for organisations from different participating countries to work together, to develop, share and transfer best practices and innovative approaches in the fields of education, training youth and sport.
Key Action 3: Support to Policy Development and Cooperation
Key Action 3 provides grants for a wide variety of actions aimed at stimulating innovative policy development, policy dialogue and implementation, and the exchange of knowledge in the fields of education, training youth and sport.
Jean Monnet
Within the new Erasmus+ Programme, the Jean Monnet Actions aim at promoting excellence in teaching and research in the field of European Union studies worldwide.

National Erasmus+ Office in BiH
The National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) Bosnia and Herzegovina provides assistance to national authorities, education institutions and organizations, and all other relevant stakeholders with implementation of the Erasmus+ activities in fields of higher education, VET, youth and sport.

The main objective of the event was to promote opportunities within Erasmus+ Program, with special emphasis on presentation of the new Calls for Proposals in area of higher education, including: capacity building for higher education, international credit mobility, joint master degrees, Jean Monnet activities, and other relevant opportunities in area of higher education.
The event presented the key features of Erasmus+ program for a wide range of beneficiaries and stakeholders in the area of higher education including higher education institutions, students, relevant ministries and other stakeholders.
The event increased the awareness about the Erasmus+ program and contributed to strengthening cooperation and links between higher education institutions and other relevant stakeholders in BiH.

The Cluster meeting gathered representatives of 12 Capacity Building in the field of higher education (CBHE) curriculum development projects involving higher education institutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other stakeholders also took part as representatives of national authorities (Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development, Higher Education and Information Society of the Republika Srpska and Department of Education of the Government of the Brcko District).
The aim of the Cluster meeting was to assess the impact of the 12 selected CBHE projects on the higher education sector, public and private sector and the society at large, as well as to share experiences and provide some recommendations for the future.

At the rectorate of the University of Sarajevo, the National Erasmus+ office in BiH implemented the TAM ‘’Implementation of the Directive 2005/36/EC and the Directive 2013/55/EU in Bosnia and Herzegovina – administrative cooperation, IMI system, EPC’’. The workshop was related to issues and experiences of regulating the profession.
