The VET seminar "Capacity Building for Western Balkan Countries" was held on 3-5 September in Bečići, Montenegro. This event was jointly organized by the national agencies from Serbia and North Macedonia with the aim of informing VET schools from the Western Balkans region about the possibilities of participating in Erasmus+ capacity building projects in the field of VET and Canters of Vocational Excellence, as well as to transfer knowledge and experience among VET schools from the WB region.

On May 21, 2025, an online workshop entitled "Academic Recognition Procedures" was successfully organized by Ms. Dragana Dilber, a HERE team member, nominated on behalf of the Center for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education (CIP), in collaboration with the National Erasmus+ Office.

The workshop was conducted in line with the 2025 annual work plan of the HERE team. Its primary objective was to acquaint participants with the key provisions and guiding principles of the Lisbon Recognition Convention (LRC), with the ultimate goal of facilitating regulatory harmonization and promoting the effective implementation of the Convention.

The event brought together representatives from higher education institutions actively involved in academic recognition processes, providing a valuable platform for the exchange of knowledge and best practices in the field.

Erasmus Mundus Association – Bosna i Hercegovina (EMA BiH) izdala je priručnik na bosanskom jeziku pod nazivom „Kako do stipendija – korak po korak“, koji je premijerno predstavljen 12. aprila 2025. godine na Erasmus+ događaju održanom u Sarajevu. Događaj su zajednički organizovali Western Balkans Alumni Association (WBAA) i Erasmus Student Network (ESN).

Ovaj priručnik nastao je s ciljem da pruži jasne i konkretne informacije studentima iz BiH koji žele aplicirati na Erasmus Mundus zajedničke master programe (EMJMD), ali i svima onima koji tek žele saznati više o mogućnostima koje ovaj prestižni evropski program nudi.

The Erasmus+ training workshop "Erasmus+ Opportunities in the field of Youth – How to develop a competitive Capacity Building Youth (CBY) project proposal” was implemented in Mostar on 23 January 2025 by the National Erasmus+ office in close cooperation with the Association Garaza from Mostar.

The event gathered youth NGOs from the Mostar region and provided practical information about the application process, partner search, lump sum, e-grant management, and other relevant issues relating to the participation in the Erasmus+ program. The participants were encouraged to interact, share their experiences, actively seek partners, and get involved in Erasmus+ projects.
