Erasmus+ provides grants for a wide range of actions and activities
The programme gives opportunities to students, trainees, staff and volunteers to spend a period abroad to increase their skills and employability.
Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals
Key Action 1 supports mobility in the education, training and youth sectors and aims to bring long lasting benefits to the participants and the participating organisations involved.
Key Action 2: Cooperation Among Organisations and Institutions
The actions under Key Action 2 make it possible for organisations from different participating countries to work together, to develop, share and transfer best practices and innovative approaches in the fields of education, training youth and sport.
Key Action 3: Support to Policy Development and Cooperation
Key Action 3 provides grants for a wide variety of actions aimed at stimulating innovative policy development, policy dialogue and implementation, and the exchange of knowledge in the fields of education, training youth and sport.
Jean Monnet
Within the new Erasmus+ Programme, the Jean Monnet Actions aim at promoting excellence in teaching and research in the field of European Union studies worldwide.

HERE national Bologna event – “Enhancement of QA in BiH and trends in EHEA” will be held online on 25 September, 2025 (11:00-15:30 Brussels time). The event is organized jointly by the national Team of Higher Education Reform Experts from BiH (HERE BiH), the National Erasmus+ Office in BiH (NEO), and the Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance of BiH (HEA BiH).
Distinguished guest speakers from the European Association for Quality Assurance (ENQA) will present key developments and share best practices in quality assurance in higher education across the EHEA together with representatives from BiH institutions.

HERE TAM “Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Everyday Teaching: Enhancing or Compromising Quality Education” will be held online on 23-24 September. The TAM will critically examine how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping quality learning, teaching, and leadership, while addressing disruptions, dilemmas, and emerging directions. The event is organized by the National Erasmus+ Office in BiH (NEO) and the national team of Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) in the framework of the SPHERE activities, with active support provided by EU experts Prof. Dr. Ebba Ossiannilsson and Prof. Dr. Mile Dželalija. The VET seminar "Capacity Building for Western Balkan Countries" was held on 3-5 September in Bečići, Montenegro. This event was jointly organized by the national agencies from Serbia and North Macedonia with the aim of informing VET schools from the Western Balkans region about the possibilities of participating in Erasmus+ capacity building projects in the field of VET and Canters of Vocational Excellence, as well as to transfer knowledge and experience among VET schools from the WB region.

On May 21, 2025, an online workshop entitled "Academic Recognition Procedures" was successfully organized by Ms. Dragana Dilber, a HERE team member, nominated on behalf of the Center for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education (CIP), in collaboration with the National Erasmus+ Office.
The workshop was conducted in line with the 2025 annual work plan of the HERE team. Its primary objective was to acquaint participants with the key provisions and guiding principles of the Lisbon Recognition Convention (LRC), with the ultimate goal of facilitating regulatory harmonization and promoting the effective implementation of the Convention.
The event brought together representatives from higher education institutions actively involved in academic recognition processes, providing a valuable platform for the exchange of knowledge and best practices in the field.
