ACTIONS
Erasmus+ provides grants for a wide range of actions and activities
The programme gives opportunities to students, trainees, staff and volunteers to spend a period abroad to increase their skills and employability.
Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals
Key Action 1 supports mobility in the education, training and youth sectors and aims to bring long lasting benefits to the participants and the participating organisations involved.
Key Action 2: Cooperation Among Organisations and Institutions
The actions under Key Action 2 make it possible for organisations from different participating countries to work together, to develop, share and transfer best practices and innovative approaches in the fields of education, training youth and sport.
Key Action 3: Support to Policy Development and Cooperation
Key Action 3 provides grants for a wide variety of actions aimed at stimulating innovative policy development, policy dialogue and implementation, and the exchange of knowledge in the fields of education, training youth and sport.
Jean Monnet
Within the new Erasmus+ Programme, the Jean Monnet Actions aim at promoting excellence in teaching and research in the field of European Union studies worldwide.

National Erasmus+ Office in BiH
The National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) Bosnia and Herzegovina provides assistance to national authorities, education institutions and organizations, and all other relevant stakeholders with implementation of the Erasmus+ activities in fields of higher education, VET, youth and sport.

The 2025 Call for proposals comes with a budget of nearly €5 billion to support mobility and cooperation opportunities for learners, educators, and organisations.
The Call 2025 includes a range of opportunities for organisations and individuals from all over the world through the International dimension of the Erasmus+ which is based on a partnerships between organisations from third countries worldwide working with those in 33 EU Member States and/or third countries associated to the programme.
All the details about each individual action and links for project submission will be published on the Funding and Tenders Portal Call for proposals in the coming days!

What’s new in 2025:
- Erasmus Mundus Design Measures
The applicant must be from one of the 33 EU+ associated countries. (The applicant to an Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters can be from any country worldwide, as in 2024.)
- Capacity building in the field of youth
The same organisation can submit as coordinator only one application by the deadline per region within the same call

The National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) in cooperation with FINRA University Tuzla organized a training workshop "Erasmus+ Opportunities in Higher Education" on November 12, 2024 in Tuzla.
The main objective of the event was to present Erasmus+ actions in the field of higher education that are available for participants from BiH, including International Credit Mobility (ICM), Capacity Building in
Higher Education (CBHE), Erasmus Mundus actions, Jean Monnet, and Virtual Exchanges in the field of higher education and youth.
The event gathered 75 participants (univesity staff and students) who had an opportunity to learn more about Erasmus+ opportunities in the field of higher education.

As the opening of the new Erasmus+ call approaches EACEA is organising a number of informational and promotional online events.
The first in a row is an online info event on Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters and Erasmus Mundus Design Measures, along with guidance on the application process.
The live web-streaming will take place on 27th November 2024 from 10:00 to 13:00 (CET).
Prior registration is not necessary.
